PB 'n J is a model and talent agency which specializes in representing children, aged 0-18 years. PB 'n J works with reputable clients in photography, advertising, television, magazines, radio, film and print. Our agency offers casting services to clients and we also have an in-house photography studio. top

Modeling and acting should be about having fun! We recruit kids who are confident, out-going and enjoy interacting with others. Teens need to have clear skin. top
Is my child guaranteed work?
Whether of not your child gets work is ultimately up to our clients. PB 'n J can’t guarantee your child work, but we can promote your child to the best of our abilities. top
How do I join?
If you think your child has the looks or talent, and is out-going and confident, please apply online . You can also send in your photos by post. We’ll respond within two weeks. top
How much does it cost to join?
There is no cost to apply or any fees associated with joining our agency. We do ask that your child has a model/talent portfolio, which does require professional photos. The agency offers professional photography services at special rates for our models and talent. top
How will you promote my child?
Safety first! Our models and talent are listed by first name, age, clothing size, hair and eye colour. The right-click “Save Image As” function on the website is disabled and identifying information, such as: surname, contact numbers or addresses, are not posted to the public. Parents are required to sign a Model Release Form, giving the agency permission to use the child’s photos to promote them and the agency. top
How do children get work?
When a client wants to book a child for a job, they can fill out an Online Booking/Casting Form or use the phone or email. The client notifies the agency with the job specifics and any special looks or talents required for the job. The agency identifies those children who match the client’s requirements and sends the client the promotional materials for those children for consideration. The client then selects which children they would like to book for a job or the client invites them for a go-see (casting/audition). top
How much do children earn and how does the agency make money?
Payment depends on the type of work the child does. Catalog work typically pays $600 HKD/hour, with a two-hour minimum booking. Any overtime work is billed at the hourly rate as was agreed on for the job. The agency earns money by charging a 20% commission from all jobs. top
Can my child join more than one agency?
